We tend to program ourselves to think negatively about ourselves by constantly telling ourselves that we aren't worthy. The more we tell ourselves these dirty little lies the more we believe it. It's time to reprogram those thoughts with these five things you need to tell yourself everyday.
"I am worth it. I am worthy of love. "
I am worth all of the amazing things that come my way. I am worthy of happiness.
"I create my life."
Everything that happens to me is a result of my thoughts, actions, and beliefs. I will focus on the positive. I will create and live in the abundance. I will face my problems knowing that I can overcome them. I create who I am. I am responsible who what happens to me in this life.
"I am beautiful."
I am stunning. I am perfect they way I am. There is nothing about me that I would change. I accept that this is who I am and will only see perfection."
"The opinions of others doesn't define me."
I will not let the negative thoughts and feeling of others bring me down. Their criticism of me is not an accurate portrait of who I am, but a reflection of what they don't like about themselves. Today I will filter comments of others. The words that serve me I will hear, but the words that only pull me down will fall away from me.
"We all need compassion."
Today I will strive to not only make my life better, but the lives of the people around me better. I will face anger with love, negativity with compassion, and the suffering of others with compassion. Regardless of who tires to bring me down I will only work to build them up.
"My life is full of abundance."
I choose love and joy. My heart is open to all the good things life has to offer and because of that I my life will be full of abundance.
